Job Description: Infrastructure Architect focuses on the following: Implementing and driving the secure system architecture and engineering practices across all of ABS and its subsidiaries in partnership with enterprise architecture, but specifically for our Wavesight partner, IMS Infrastructure Operations, and Application operations in partnership with Enterprise Architecture & the Cybersecurity Application Architect Drives and consults on Reference architectures, guidelines, principles and standards as it relates to Microsoft Azure technologies (full spectrum), on-premises technologies (network, servers, storage, virtualization, middleware Drives and consults on design review especially as it pertains to Demonstrates a clear understanding of at least three of these technology areas and is capable of diving into technical discussions on them (in order of preference): o Azure Cloud Infrastructure Security o Network Security o Identity and Access Management o Virtualization and VMWare Security o Linux o Windows o Storage o Security Tools o Middleware (Apache, WebLogic) o Database Condenses technical, legal, and compliance requirements into simple, consumable formats that product leaders, engineering leaders, developers, and business leaders can understand Drives the cybersecurity roadmap and strategy for ABS relative to Azure Cloud, Network, IAM, On-Premises Infrastructure, Security Tools, etc. This role is not intended to be hands on, but needs to have a deep enough understanding of hands on to provide technical consultation.
