Ability to understand secure file transfer softwares and services and its customer interaction points to ensure the customer requirements are mapped to platform and vice versa Domain experience with Credit, Employment and Utility exchanges and or in financial domain Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Excellent communication skills 8+ Years Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Prior experience in application analysis, testing & support Ability to successfully manage and prioritize assignments Mentor and support junior developers in their design and construction of solutions and provide leadership on various application development initiatives Support existing applications and projects by responding to incident, problems, and change requests Ability to drive big team size based out of different locations.
