Job Description The candidate will build, implement and maintain data management strategy in the data integration efforts within the company. An infrastructure to extract, catalog and organize data for authorized individuals to access applying data governance and data security concepts. Provide cross team interactions working with business stakeholders, database administrators, analysts, engineers to secure easy access to the company's data catalog. Responsibilities: Metadata Management design and implementation Build Business and Technical data catalog [AWS Glue Catalog] Implement Data lake house Data Security and Access Control Collect/Analyze business requirements to build logical/physical data models Supervise the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions Prepare Cloud data warehouse database design and architecture reports Define data retention policies, access roles to information Select and integrate any Big Data Management tools and frameworks that work best for data requirements Ensure quality control of data through the development and maintenance of Data Quality rules and quality control procedures The candidate will be required to discover, analyze, profile and document findings on source data systems. Candidates will be expected to proactively drive process improvements by helping define standards and procedures; refining methods and techniques for information modeling, and recommend tools to improve delivery timeframes. Required skills Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field At least 10+ years of working experience in data solution projects with strong experience in data management, data cataloging and data governance strategies Knowledge of enterprise architecture Experience in data analysis Business/Data Analyst experience in Telecom Knowledge of database structure systems and data mining Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strategy thinking Reference and Master Data Management Knowledge of metadata tools Tools & Technologies AWS Glue Data Catalog AWS Glue Data Brew AWS Lake Formation AWS Data Zone AWS Macie AWS Key Management Service Collibra,Informatica Axon,Alation,Cloudera, Talend or similar Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM Relational and NoSQL databases Data Warehousing tools Data Security and Privacy tools like Apache Ranger, Varonis or IBM Guardian Keywords: Colorado http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1073820&uid= |
