This is a day 1 onsite role Visa : No H1,TN Responsibilities : Lead and guide all consumer IT teams through the agile transformation process. Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to teams at various stages of agile adoption, including those who may be hesitant or lack sufficient coaching. Design and implement agile frameworks, practices, and processes tailored to the unique needs and challenges of our organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize agile practices. Foster a collaborative and empowered work environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning. Serve as a change agent and advocate for agile principles, values, and best practices throughout the organization. Partner with senior leadership to align agile initiatives with strategic objectives and drive organizational alignment. Monitor key performance metrics, assess team dynamics, and provide regular feedback to drive accountability and improve team effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in agile methodologies to inform and enhance our approach. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in agile software development, project management, or related roles. Proven track record of leading agile transformations and coaching teams to adopt agile principles and practices. Extensive hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a consumer-facing IT environment or similar domain is highly desirable. Passion for driving organizational change, fostering a culture of collaboration, and delivering customer value.
