Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): . Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 6-9 years of related experience will be accepted . Experience in one or more of the following areas: Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience . 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics . 1+ years of interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders . Experience working with SQL or Python . Knowledge of Foundry, Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse, and SQL server . Skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem solving . Skills in dashboard design . Analytical and problem-solving skills . Oral and written communication skills . Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship . Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification . Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred Qualifications: . 1+ years of experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI) . Knowledge of Project Management . Knowledge of Statistical Analysis . Skills in Business Consulting . Skills in negotiation and influence . Ability to comfortably deal with uncertainty and gaps in information.
