Position: MONITORING ENGINEER Location: Rhode Island, Dallas, TX & Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2- 3 days Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Enterprise Tools and Automation Solutions architect using a best practice guiding principle and leads its implementation. Lead customer discussions and workshops to understand and translate requirements into solutions with detailed technical documentation. Must have experience in the domain of enterprise monitoring, event management, ITIL, and runbook automation. Very good experience in the implementation, deployment and integration of various infrastructure, Application monitoring and automation tools. Must have knowledge of monitoring and event management tools like DataDog, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc. Any Automation solutions like Ayehu, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Any scripting language like Power, , Python etc. Very good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and ensure that technical components of engagement get delivered as per business needs and expectations. As an architect, continuously review and improve services delivered to existing customers. Perform regular audits, create improvement plans, and provide consultation to the delivery teams in the domain of platform monitoring, application monitoring, event management, and service delivery automation. Ability to think strategically, as well as tactically, and to exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and priority/goal setting. Contribute to improving and enhancing Architecture Continuum with process flows, workflows, and design diagrams on BEST PRACTICES in Infrastructure Management and Automation Domain. Must have knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS\\Azure\\GCP) Must have designed solutions for monitoring, management, and runbook automation for On-Prem Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, and Hybrid Infrastructure. Must have an interest in exploring and learning new technologies and skills in Infrastructure Management and Automation domain. Knowledge or experience in following technology\\tools will be a plus.
