All Visa No Skill Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed gap analysis on safety data and Argus configurations between the acquiring and acquired entities. Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand and document the data and configuration needs for successful migration. Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining all necessary steps for the migration process and subsequent system integrations. Collaborate closely with internal and external project teams to ensure the design and implementation meet business requirements and compliance standards. Role Summary: Conduct business process analysis to identify any operational gaps post-migration. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and epics for the development team. Serve as a liaison between development teams, business partners, and stakeholders. Document application changes and process flows in collaboration with the scrum team. Project Management Oversee the project from analysis through to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with international teams to coordinate requirements gathering and project deliverables. Handle complex situations confidently, making decisions that guide the project to successful completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 8+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on Digital Safety and Argus Safety Systems within Life Sciences. IIBA/Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
