At least 5 years of proven experience as a MM/WM team lead in implementation, support and design projects Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements Strong experience in RICEF development in MM area Experience with SAP EDI transactions in MM/WM area with 3 rd parties Working experience in the following areas Material Management and Warehouse Management includes (but not restricted to) modules and specific solutions like End to end functionalities of MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse management and Invoice Verification Strong experience in custom development of enhancements using user exits and BADIs Customer Master Vendor Master Material Master Pricing Logistics (PO/GR/Del./PGI/WM) Total Experience Required > 10 Years plus Roles & Responsibilities Consulting services (pre-demand work with limited scope, effort estimations and technical solution design for requests for change referring to break-fixes and questions not limited to break-fixes) Support for Incidents and requests Provide initial effort indications for IT Change Requests Problem Management Tasks Master Data Changes Perform Audit support, QMS process and fast track Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems Standard regular monitoring tasks Process monitoring, management of job monitoring Internal Use Only Page 2 of 3 Coordination of application and platform health checks performed regularly on a quarterly base or as needed Continued compliance assurance Performs Service level management, Change management, Release and Deployment Management Answering end user question Generic Managerial Skills Managing day to day operations of the project Efficient communication skill Team leader and able to motivate Handle customer escalations promptly Ability to work in onsite / offshore model.
