Position: Veeva Administrator Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 +months Job Description: Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide support for Veeva RIM and Veeva eTMF/CTMS. Manage system users, roles, and permissions. Provide techno-functional expertise and support to the two sides of the business Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing system issues; Build reports and dashboards. Make system configuration and routine changes. Evaluate the existing functionality and implement solutions Requirements gathering and gap analysis Create detailed user requirements and test scripts based on business needs Be an integral part of Veeva upgrades Must Have Skillsets: 5+ years supporting Veeva RIM is required. 5+ years supporting Veeva eTMF/CTMS is preferred.
