Hi All, Role: AWS Sr.Platform Engineer Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Experience Required: 6 to 10 years. Who are we looking for Sr. AWS Cloud SysOps Engineer with experience in Cloud Operations, liaise with Offshore team for resolving escalated issues and coordinate with customer for enhancement opportunities. Roles and Responsibility: Optimize cloud resource utilization to maintain optimal performance. Minimize downtime through effective incident response and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Perform RCA and liaise with Stakeholders for timely issue resolution. Create SOPs and implement Best Practices Contribute to CSIs (Continual Service Improvements) Should contribute to Effort reduction initiatives through Automation. Technical Skill: 6-10 Years of experience in handling Hybrid Datacenter Operations for global clients. Experience with AWS cloud administration and Solutions Operating System knowledge: Wintel, RHEL(Preferred) Familiarity with Cloud Cost Optimization measures and Best Pratices Optional : Scripting: Knowledge on Power scripts, AWS CLI (Preferred), Terraform (Optional) Network: Good understanding of networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues Backup/Recovery and DR Policy implementation and Testing Deep understanding of Monitoring metrices and optimizations Patching: Perform Advanced troubleshooting on OS Patch failure situations Capacity Management and Forecasting Good to Have : Familiarity with Well Architected Framework and implementation of best practices.
