Job Title : Pega LBA (Lead Business Analyst) Location: Remote (Norfolk, VA) Duration : Long Term contract Experience Level: 10+ Years Job Description : The person should have 10 to 12 years of equivalent experience in the Business Analyst role Pega certified Business Architect. Healthcare and Claims Experience Must The Business Architect must be able to manage and deliver components of stakeholder engagements that include, but are not limited to the analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, future state prototyping, and architecture. Responsible for designing and building components of the application. Providing consultative guidance on all project assignments. Works as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements Works with all groups to ensure the best possible design and solution for the Application. Lead the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases. Researches, analyses, designs, propose, and deliver IT architecture solutions that are optimal for the business and IT strategies. Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed use cases that follow project guidelines Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed functional and technical specifications Serve as the liaison between business and systems analysts, developers, and project management groups Analyses and revises existing functional documentation Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes Devises or modifies procedures that solve complex business problems with due consideration for hardware software capacity and limitations, operating times, and the desired results In this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon your solid, hands-on development experience with Pega and other applications.
