At least must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing system design, development, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of applications with five hundred (500) or more registered users. At least must have two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years, with web services, Nation Information Exchange Model (NIEM), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). At least must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the last five (5) years, with Java Application Server administration and configurations such as Jboss. Bachelors Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Desired Skills: Experience developing and implementing database applications under DOJs CJIS Control and California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS) or similar telecommunications infrastructure. Knowledge of the DOJ open systems environment and architecture, DOJ ACHS system, business requirements, and functions, or similar. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years providing formal knowledge transfer and/or training sessions for state staff. A minimum of two (2) years of experience writing technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and system design documentation. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with SiteMinder (or equivalent) technologies for authentication and authorization. A minimum of at least two (2) years of experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Junit and Soap UI. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years developing information technology technical documentation.
