Gained comprehensive knowledge from working in several software development life cycle processes, such as Agile methodologies and acquired hands on experience in Scrum. Successfully elicited requirements using analysis like As-is and To-be, Must Have and Good to Have, GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis. Participated in all Scrum ceremonies Master, incorporated sprint ceremonies on projects (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and backlog grooming session or story times. Skilled at using estimation techniques such as Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, and relative mass evaluation. Evaluate statistical Data and execute dada mining for large data sets using MS excel, Sas and R. Proficient using prioritization techniques such as Walking Skeleton, Validated Learning, Business-value based, MoSCoW and Kano. Ensured adherence to INVEST (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable) criteria and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) model. Experienced using MS Visio for creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, process flow diagrams. Produced document artifacts such as Business Requirement documents (BRD), Use-case specifications, system requirements specifications (SRS), functional specification documents, (FSD) Requirement tractability documents (RTD), data mapping documents and data dictionary documents. Developed test cases, test plans and test strategy to ensure quality. Conducted and administered several types of testing, for instance, User acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, integration testing, smoke testing, sanity testing. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills (both oral and written), leadership skills, time management and interpersonal skills. Proficient in writing SQL Queries to fetch data from multiple tables and also check for data integrity. Interview key functional and technical personnel, complete analysis of existing data, systems and processes, and collect relevant data and workflows to define user system requirements.
