Serve as liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis, manage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle, Lead development of common standards and tools, Assist in operational rollout and support, and Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization. Additional responsibilities will include: Gather requirements from the business line users for various systems. Fully document all requirements and solutions. Liaise with internal and external technology partners. Work closely with administration, technology, and operations partners. Participate in releases, perform system integration testing. Perform/organize user acceptance testing. Prepare project status reports for Senior Management. Use strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with particular emphasis on the production of clear and detailed written business requirements and functional specifications. Requires both independent (self-motivated) work and with a distributed team (i.e., physically located in other regions). Must build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners; Understand and analyze business processes & workflows. Requires understanding of the Structured Finance business and an interest to further develop this knowledge. 7-10 years of relevant work experience required. Traditional BA duties (define business requirements, writing user stories, workflow designs, current/future state, gap analysis) Projects will be in an Agile environment 3 week sprint Will use tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook Contract to hire is the goal Onsite 3 days per week in either Pittsburgh or Lake Mary Internal Notes: This team has been working on a variety of corporate treasury systems that support of different trading desks around the globe. Some of these will be projects to better their reporting capabilities, some involve automation, and some are adding features to newer systems. There are 3 different things being focused on next year that Diane will need BA help with. Each one requires different specific knowledge: 1. Repurchase Agreements (Repos) These are short-term agreements in which dealers in government securities sell securities to investors (typically just overnight) with a promise to buy them back. Its a way that dealers can borrow money on a short-term basis. These can be BiLateral Agreements (2 party) or Tri-Party where there is a borrower, a lender, and another party that holds the collateral. They have been building a new Repo Trading Platform integrating with Eurex for the EMEA funding team and digital transformation of the treasury funding monitoring and reporting platforms for the US funding team. 2. BlackRock Aladdin They require someone with a detailed understanding of Aladdin for general work on their data integrations with Aladdin, SWIFT settlement instructions from Aladdin Dashboard, and overall automation 3. Commercial Paper: This is a form of unsecured, short-term debt. It's commonly issued by companies to finance their payrolls, payables, inventories, and other short-term liabilities. Maturities on commercial paper range from one to 270 days, with an average of around 30 days.
