Coordinate the analysis of program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas. Perform root cause analysis and the development of appropriate corrective action plans for business and IT processes. Prepare and present complex communications and/or reports on projects, assignments, and/or activities to all levels of staff up to and including executive management. Provide peer reviews of business requirements documentation and coordinate technical writing and editing reviews. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, best practices, and standards. Communicate with the project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties.
