Commissioning a new asset in GMP manufacturing facility. The installation commissioning has been completed and now the priority is to complete functional commissioning. The testing and commissioning protocols have been created. The focus of the role is the: Execution of functional testing protocols Review of and execution of function commissioning protocols Technology environment the consultant will be working in: Kneat QMS DeltaV PLCs (Siemens, Johnson Controls) Consultants day to day responsibilities: Execute start-up commissioning protocols to verify equipment functionality, including running water/media through the system, activating gas systems and engaging sensors. Recipe/formula review and management in DeltaV Recipe Studio Review/update URS (end user requirements) and FS (functional system requirements) documentation. Review and confirm accuracy of P&ID process flow diagrams, component lists and data sheets. Assist with punch list closure. Required skills: BS in Mechanical /Chemical/Electrical Engineering or (5+ years experience in biotech/pharma operations) 3+ years prior experience as Project Engineer working in manufacturing environment. Previous experience working in a cGMP environment. Prior functional commissioning experience of single use bioreactors as part of a production suite/skid. Previous experience reviewing recipe data in DeltaV Prior P&ID walkdown experience. Previous experience using Kneat QMS. . Thanks & Regards Abhishek Yadav S.
