Job Description This person will be responsible for running and maintaining our existing data warehouse and data lake. They will be running with all the insights, reporting and analytics services that are built off of those platforms. Supporting new customer requests, maintaining existing services, prioritizing new requests and overall keeping the program running right. Team All of data science which includes data insights capabilities, reporting & analytics capabilities, & gen AI initiatives Role: Running & maintaining existing data warehouse & data lake. Supporting new customer requests, maintaining, prioritizing new requests, etc. Writing: PRFAQs, 1-pagers, scope docs, etc. Written communication, PowerPoint, & narrative style are extremely important. Writing in the style of Amazon can be taught, but they need the fundamentals first Preference is Seattle & LA, but for right candidate they can do remote Desired background: Has been a dev & understands what a schema is, what a DW & data lake is (differences, challenges), data meshes, built out reporting & analytics solutions Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to have: Experience running and maintaining an existing data warehouse and data lake.
