The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, data architecture, and database design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient database solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support various business applications. Perform data analysis and develop data models to ensure optimal database performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design database solutions that meet business needs. Utilize ERWIN or similar data modeling tools to create and maintain database schemas, entity-relationship diagrams, and data dictionaries. Optimize database performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, and database tuning. Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on SQL best practices and data modeling techniques. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to SQL development and data modeling. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a SQL Developer, with a focus on data modeling and database design. Proficiency in SQL programming languages such as T-SQL or PL/SQL. Experience with ERWIN or similar data modeling tools. Strong understanding of database concepts and principles, including normalization, indexing, and partitioning. Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
