Job Details Role : Performance Engineer / Architect / SRE Location : Charlotte. NC Type: C2C Job Description Experience : 9 -10 Years Preferred/Desired skills: Agile, Cloud Certification Proven experience as a Performance Engineer with a focus on Performance optimization. Strong background in capacity planning and scalability standards. Experience in integrating performance engineering into SDLC processes. Proficiency in performance testing strategies and optimization techniques. Demonstrated ability to enhance application performance in production. Understanding of chaos engineering principles. Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and Kubernetes, AWS experience is a big plus. Optimize software and system performance to meet efficiency goals. Drive front end UX/UI optimization strategies for customer-facing applications. Analyze volumetrics for data volume and scalability considerations. Conduct capacity planning to assess and address resource requirements and establish scalability standards. Incorporate performance engineering into SDLC processes (shift left approach). Develop and execute performance testing strategies for robust applications. Conduct Chaos Engineering practices to test system resilience and identify weaknesses.
