Conduct SAP process workshops in client engagements, facilitating decisions, and delivering presentations/training sessions. Participate in various SAP project stages, including Template Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing, Go-Live, and/or Support projects. Customize SAP EWM processes independently, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP Modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP, etc.). Utilize superior SAP EWM product knowledge to establish warehouse processes, including outbound, inbound, cross-docking, and physical inventory. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, leading teams to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM or WM implementation in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments. Minimum of two end-to-end life cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA EWM process area. Operational and organizational knowledge of logistics processes in manufacturing and distribution. Good understanding of SAP business processes and functionalities. Experience in SAP Process workshops, presentations, and training sessions. Knowledge of SAP project stages and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to independently customize SAP EWM processes and understand integration points with other SAP Modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in multicultural and cross-border teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams in resolving complex issues.
