Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Job Title: Tech Lead ( React & Node) Location : Dallas, TX Dallas, TX ( Day 1 Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using React and Next.js. Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. Database Integration: Work with various databases, both SQL and NoSQL, to store and retrieve data efficiently. API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend components. Code Optimization: Continuously improve application performance and ensure the scalability of web applications. Code Testing: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations. Documentation: Document code and technical specifications to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades. Version Control: Utilize version control systems, such as Git, to manage and track code changes effectively. Security: Implement security best practices to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in related field . Proven experience in developing web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration. Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Mobx is a plus. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
