Job Description : They need to have a strong experience with SAP datasets and have Oil & Gas experience. Job Description: Communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders to analyze and interpret business information and translate it into application and data requirements to support L48 Application and Data Modernization initiative. Responsibilities: Identify and communicate with key stakeholders. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the client's organization and industry. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and clean data by reviewing data, reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Develop functional specifications for client engagements. Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, financial reports, and other key metrics. Liaise between various business departments and IT groups. Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams. Required skills and qualifications: Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience with SAP datasets. Experience in coordinating teams and clients. Experience in requirements gathering both technical and business processes. Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Expert level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Reporting Tools Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Preferred Skills: Experience in Executing manual data validations from backend SQL queries and Front-End UI driven testing. Experience in System Integration & User Acceptance Testing coordination experience with a background in O&G systems.
