SQL Server 2. C#.NET 3. ASP.NET 4. JavaScript 5. CSS/Bootstrap Preference will be provided to candidates with demonstratable experience using the following technologies: 1. Azure DevOps 2. FHIR HL7 3. MuleSoft APIs Minimum Required KSAs: Knowledge of computer programming and systems analysis and design principles and practices Knowledge of techniques of systems analysis and design Knowledge of IT operations, procedures, and systems Knowledge of process and data modeling techniques Knowledge of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) HL7 standard preferred Skilled in use of standard desktop software Skilled in use of common data analysis tools and languages (such as SQL and Power BI) Skilled in creating and implementing software test plans and test cases. Skilled at writing user and technical documentation Skilled in verbal, non-verbal, and written communication Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies relevant to the organization. Ability to process information logically. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Ability to communicate technical information effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
