Mentor other members of the IAM team on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration, development, and support. Provide guidance to customers and team members on IAM-related technologies in the form of consultations, architecture and design proposals and reviews. Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks. Participate in an on-call responsibilities. Performs other related duties as assigned. TOP REQUIREMENTS: a. 7+ years of Identity & Access Management Experience (IAM) b. 5+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience c. 4 years of Java/Bean development Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in MIS/Computer Science OR Associates Degree and 2 years of equivalent experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years of equivalent experience * 7+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) * 6+ years of Java application development * 4+ years of implementation experience of SailPoint's IdentityIQ (IIQ) * Developing in an Agile Methodology * Excellent verbal as well as written communication and documentation skills * Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities Strong inter-personnel, analytical & communication skills Experience building platform APIs and SDKs Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery -- If I missed your call.
