Hybrid Remote- Must work onsite 3 days a week (Must start day 1 onsite) Must have skills: SharePoint Online experience Power Platform Development experience SPO setup and configuration as a document repository Customizing SPO forms and workflows Creating a document taxonomy Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include: Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments, create taxonomy and content types, create retention schedules, create customforms to add and retrieve/search documents, create workflows to process documents, create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events, create a standard security model. Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, thisposition may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases. SPO setup and configuration as a document repository CustomizingSPO forms and workflows Power Platformdevelopment experience Creating a document taxonomy Creating retention schedules Creating and using term stores 365 user security Secretary of State trusted system requirements Document Scanning experience is a plus.
