Experience on end-to-end application development life cycle Experience in application turning Good experience on Status reporting Strong analytical & communication skill Responsibilities: Sets the overall direction for performance testing throughout the Enterprise based on applications technology, criticality, priority & complexity Responsible for bringing standardized performance Testing test strategy, test planning, test development and execution Establish the effective performance test estimation process Continually focus on maturity of the Performance Testing CoE Define/implement and update Performance Engineering service catalogue for COE and share with the required stakeholders. Provides overall through leadership and strategy on performance test strategy, test environment, design and responsible for future growth of performance testing architecture and framework across enterprise. Brining standards in process and intake process Build end-to-end roadmap for Performance testing in partnership with all required customer stakeholders. Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies or process improvements in performance Testing Capture the Savings and ROI of the Performance Testing and publish the report to the leadership. Bring or propose industry leading accelerators or tools that will bring efficiency in performance Testing, monitoring & reporting. Sending weekly status report all stakeholders Coaching/mentoring performance test engineers and scrum teams on performance testing best practices.
