Working support tickets for minor bug fix & break fix requirements. Support on-call hours as needed Support ticket - design, development and deployments Apply updates and patches as required. Monitor system health and performance. A problem solver who takes ownership for issue resolution by resolving the issues themselves or coordinating the efforts of others.
