Title: MS Dynamics CRM Application Support Manager

Location: Remote 

Application Support Manager:
5+ yrs MS Dynamics Functional Consultant
Experience managing a support team
Experience with Dynamics Services Modules (Sales, Field Services)
Light JavaScript skills desirable
Some Reporting experience (SSIS/Power BI) a plus

Responsibilities:
Provide remote support for the existing MS Dynamics CRM environment.  Working support tickets for minor bug fix & break fix requirements.  Support on-call hours as needed
Support ticket - design, development and deployments
Apply updates and patches as required.
Monitor system health and performance.
A problem solver who takes ownership for issue resolution by resolving the issues themselves or coordinating the efforts of others.
Self starter / self motivated resource with the ability to work with limited oversight and direction
Need to establish strong client rapport
Facilitates resolution of tix/issue
