Responsible for evaluating future trends in data processing and deliver written and oral reports to management as to how it may impact the data processing direction of the department. The written and oral reports will be presented either as deemed necessary based upon research or at the request of Department management. This will generally involve assistance with budgeting, planning, resource utilization, reporting, and special requests. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining CEDC's eGov and Oracle Forms server environments. Responsible for handling the System Administrator functions in the OnBase system. This includes being able to effectively monitor and troubleshoot the system. Performs special projects directly assigned by and for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and/or Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
