This position participates in developing the overall technical strategy for internal applications and related 3rd party integration solutions. Accountabilities/Responsibilities Partner with business executives and end-users to conceptualize new application project. Translates business requirements into technical requirements for the project, recommends technical resources and task assignments. Owns technical decisions, production of architectural artifacts, and technical designs for assigned projects. Helps establish organization-wide software development standards and patterns Works hands-on with project teams on the development of complex applications/features Assists technical staff with resolving technical issues during the project Documents the operational processes and procedures for application deployment, use, and security details Partners with product owners and software development managers, ensuring application and system functionality meets the business requirements, performance goals, and quality measures Participates in the platform engineering process helping to automate all areas of the SDLC Requirements Bachelors Degree in computer science (or equivalent experience) with 8 or more years of relevant experience Practical knowledge of modern service-oriented architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Creative at problem solving and overcoming technical challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision Demonstrates consistent punctuality along with good time management and task prioritization skills Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment across all levels in the Organization Must keep up-to-date on relevant technology trends STRONG in Web, Java, and Spring Framework ecosystems Thanks & Regards Abhishek Yadav S.
