Will not look at anyone coming from Microsoft Resource will need to be in office 5 days per week while they are a contractor Once they convert, there will be more flexibility with a hybrid schedule Minimum 15K users for environment size Wants to see on the resume someone that is totally focused in Exchange and not the entire O365 suite Looking for someone that specializes in exchange not someone that works with the entire suite of 0365..
