Position : OpenText Content Server Consultant Location: Washington, DC Onsite (Work From Office) Type of hire: Contract Job Description: Top 3 skills required for this role: Open text content server Open text Achieve server. Open text content server administration Required Qualifications : Technical lead with 8 to 10 years of work Background with a good understanding in ECM concepts Experience in ECM product related upgrades. Oracle Database knowledge from OTCS perspective Extensive hands-on experience in OpenText Content Suite (Livelink), Web Reports, Live Reports, Active Views, Workflows, O-Script Strong knowledge on Installation, Configuration, Administration and troubleshooting for OpenText Content Suite applications. Strong knowledge on system maintenance patching/hotfixes/upgrades/updates and provisioning of servers, additional storage and scaling the systems as required. Strong knowledge on installing, Configuring, Upgrading, downgrading OpenText Modules as required. Good Exposure to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Good Exposure to requirement gathering, business-oriented discussions, planning, estimating project efforts. Should have Created various Technical (SDLC) documentations (Regulated/Non-Regulated landscapes) Should have proven capabilities to handle Change Management Processes Should have Good Communication and Interpersonal skills combined with willingness to learn.
