Participates in product design discussions to offer input on the testability of functional elements, product designs, and planning or estimating. Engages in every step of the software development process like design, development and testing. Performs setup of test automation frameworks, test automation and helps in automated generation of test data. Creates test environments and acceptance tests. Builds and controls bug reports and interaction with the team. Manages the quality of the production release. Comprehends the flow of code on how it interacts with every different component. Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and standards / guidelines. Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team. Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications. Understands API development and API management platforms. Uses container technologies like Docker / Kubernetes for containerized deployments of backend services. Contributes to performance tuning of Web/ Mobile application services for maximum speed. Stays consistent with client standards and guidelines. Keeps abreast of latest and emerging technologies. Generates and manages test data using test data tools.
