Highly proficient in Extract-Transform-Load processes (ETL), leveraging Power Query to join, clean, and normalize disparate data sets. Demonstrated success managing ambiguity and leveraging data to produce analytics and insights for stakeholders. Skilled in working with large and diverse datasets to resolve data-centric problems with significant scope and complexity. Highly collaborative problem solver, ensuring key stakeholders are involved in reaching business outcomes. Strong critical thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations. Ability to define requirements to reach an MVP that can be iterated quickly. Ability to document processes and write clear, structured business requirements along with outcomes. Strong organization skills, you are a driver, self-directed, and focused on delivering tangible value to the business. Highly authentic, respectful, and engaging.
