Developing, outlining, formatting, and producing detailed program and end-user documentation with appropriate visualizations. Documentation may include tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and reference manuals. Gathering and documenting staff feedback on draft documents. Incorporate user-requested changes as directed by the supervisor. Producing video tutorials as requested by the program area, which meets TCEQ, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and standards.
