The role involves managing business consultancy and implementing Sales & Distribution (SD) applications. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end life cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA for OTC processes. Utilize SAP EnableNow for training content development. Conduct SAP process workshops and deliver presentations/training sessions. Customize SAP OTC processes independently and ensure integration with other SAP Modules. Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients. Demonstrate strong leadership skills in resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to a hybrid work model in Grapevine, TX, with occasional travel. Requirements: 7+ years of SAP OTC implementation experience. Minimum of two end-to-end life cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA. Operational knowledge of Order to Cash/Sales & Distribution processes in manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries. Familiarity with SAP business processes and functionalities. Experience in SAP project stages from Template Definition to Go-Live. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in multicultural and cross-border teams.
