Role Salesforce Developer Location - Houston, TX. Contract Job Need someone who can come to the office from day 1. Job Description: The Developer plays a pivotal role in the enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. The role sits on a team responsible for creating and optimizing experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our organization provides an exceptional online customer journey. As a Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. This role requires an understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management, as well as effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities May Include: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support and streamline business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other customizations as needed. Perform data migrations, data maintenance, and data quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams and departments. Assist in the development of user training materials and provide training and support to end-users as needed. Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's Salesforce implementation remains up-to-date and efficient. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
