Job Description: Seeking a Technical Architect - EBS. This positions primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.x releases, Testing tools, Workflows, ADF, DB tools that work with Oracle EBS. Work closely and lead the team to architect and implement effective, high performing and maintainable technical objects and database coding practices that form the architectural foundations for the EBS/Oracle DB platform. Develop a consistent and maintainable EBS instance that has the ability to expand based upon new business requirements. Participate technical and functional discussion with the client stakeholder and provide recommendations during the project life cycle activities. Deep level troubleshooting ability, Identifying problems in advance, and looking for continuous process improvements. Participate in problem management and come up with solutions when the need arises. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables. Required Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS retrofit/development (CEMLIs) and remediation Tools (qTest, Panaya, SQL Developer and reporting tools) Experience with PL/SQL and the development tools for EBS/Oracle DB platform Experience in SOA middleware and familiar with ADF framework/techniques Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels Build, develop and maintain EBS objects, reporting systems, test automation tools. Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and Security requirements. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 10 to 12 years of Information Technology experience.
