Candidate will be responsible for solutioning, Implementation, consultation, management etc. for monitoring and automation area. The candidate should have below skills and expertise. Demonstrable experience on managing complex APM project. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with our business, product, and development teams, skills, and ability to articulate business benefit of a technology solution. Ability to think strategically, as well as tactically, and to exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and priority/goal setting. Must be proficient in presentation and communication skills. Very good experience in the implementation, deployment, and integration of various APM tools like AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic or similar tools. Understand the business needs in terms of SLO, SLI and translate them in to APM solution. Experience in creating custom unified dashboards. Experience in implementation, solution development and administration of any automation or process orchestration tools like Ayehu/Arago/StackStorm will be preferred. Working knowledge of scripting Power, , python etc. Experience in proactive client relationship management programs Expertise to integrate APM solutions with automation as well as ITSM solutions. Deep knowledge on Event management, AIOps and observability configurations Knowledge of ITIL foundations Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations. Very good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices. Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services. Effective communication and collaboration skill. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Fast learner & openness to try different tools, technologies & concepts. Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and in coordination with a team. Brings can-do attitude and energy to the team.
