Role: SCOM Admin Location: Berlin, CT - Onsite Type: Contract Job Description SolarWinds Installation of SolarWinds Server Monitoring, auto-discovery and configuration of Network and SNMP enabled devices Agentless monitoring of hosts using SNMP, TCP and ICMP checks. Auto-discovery of servers and network devices through SolarWinds. Configure SNMP traps, Thresholds on CPU load, Disk utilization, Memory utilization. Configure network devices, configuration of custom graphs. Email configuration for alert notification. Configure log file monitoring. Deploying agents on monitoring targets for windows and linux server monitoring Should have experience in configuring SAM templates and custom monitoring configuration Strong understanding in custom properties and relation to alerts and alert threshold configuration SCOM Extensive knowledge with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2016 (and above) components (Management Server, Gateway Server, Ops DB, OpsDW etc.) Experience with SCOM upgrade from 2016 to 2019 Create and maintain Linux agent deployment, installation and troubleshooting scenarios Installation and configuration of custom and 3rd party vendor management packs (Nice Oracle, HPEOneView, Opslogix etc.) Implementation of custom monitoring rules for in-house applications and custom overrides Experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring Provide problem resolution for SCOM components and related custom scripts Experience in client handling and providing support as per the expectations Keywords: database information technology Connecticut http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1111077&uid= |
