Role: Adobe Workfront/Fusion Engineer Location: Malvern, PA Job Type : Onsite 2-3 days per week Duration : 12 Months Opening : 1 Opening ! Responsibilities: Well versed with business workflow automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities, and goal alignment within Adobe Workfront Identifying and resolving issues with the Adobe Workfront software and its integration with other software applications In Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates duration work effort planned hours In-Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design. Design, develop, and maintain workflow processes using Adobe Workfront Troubleshoot and resolve any workflow related issues. Developing and maintaining comprehensive user guides and training materials. Consulting with team members and departments to identify business needs and objectives and providing appropriate solutions. Evaluating new releases and enhancements of Adobe Workfront software and providing feedback to the team. Creating and executing tests to ensure quality assurance. Staying up to date with developments in the Adobe Workfront software and industry trends. Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions to various problems. Qualifications: Technical/Functional Skills: Deep administrative understanding of Adobe Workfront and its data model. Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront integration processes. Experience developing Fusion Automation Workflows to automate. Experience integrating Adobe Asset and other Adobe AEM technology with Adobe Workfront Strong technical knowledge of the Workfront platform and its capabilities. Full stack development background preferred but not required. Experience Required: 2 years Workfront implementation experience for preferably large complex organizations. 2 years Experience with Workfront Fusion Understanding of different Adobe Workfront personas Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services Experience designing and implementing integration for Workfront flows. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders across various workstreams.
