Job Description: SME, Dynatrace need a strong SRE engineer whos expert at Dynatrace. Participate in risk analysis of Digital Products from application quality attributes Design and Implement monitoring mechanisms to monitor and report application quality attributes for improving application reliability Monitor and report changes in quality attributes release over release Setup and configure off the shelf or custom developed tools for application performance monitoring Provide Level 3 Technical Support for multiple applications, determine root cause for application performance issues Collaborate with Software Development Teams to identify root cause and restore applications to desired state Create Knowledge articles for every manual action performed to restore application availability that could later be automated if required Run Infrastructure as Code using tools Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes and/or related tools Estimate required infrastructure capacity and work with Infrastructure teams to adjust/increase capacity .
