Expenses paid Duration: Long term The SAP GRC Security Lead Resource is responsible for designing and implementing SAP security strategies and solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The primary role of this position is to provide technical leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of security across SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the SAP solution architecture for the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture. Provide comprehensive SAP Security/GRC design, system analysis and full lifecycle project management. Hands on experience leading all stages of SAP Security/GRC development efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture and support Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP security concepts and strategies (role design, profile generation, authorization objects, etc.) and operational administration, SAP experience within a large organization implementing and supporting GRC solutions, Roles for Fiori, ongoing controls, Role administration across multiple landscapes Design, implement and maintain security on SAP systems and applications, including all components such as databases, servers, software, and hardware. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide guidance and support to other IT staff members, including developers, administrators, and analysts. Stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption. Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that the SAP environment is integrated with other systems and applications in the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP security solution design and implementation. Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle S/4 Migration experience Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Experience in SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP, Agile, and Waterfall. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT staff, and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in leading and managing technical teams. SAP certification is a plus.
