Extensive industry experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree 5+ years of Enterprise Reporting experience Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence - Supply Chain Order Management Analytics, Financial Analytics, Procure and Spent Analytics, Manufacturing Analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from large datasets Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, COGNOS, PowerBI, OBIEE, Tableau, Crystal, Excel4Apps Extensive experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) the creation of Business Areas, Workbooks, Subject Areas, Answers Experience with Oracle BI Publisher - including report development, creation of interactive dashboards, and integrating reports into OBIEE dashboards Ability to source and link data from different sources including Oracle EBS, SQL Server, Essbase Cubes. Work experience in logical and physical data modeling, data warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, and database optimization. Follow change control processes and maintain data security. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Self-starter with critical thinking skills. Ability to problem solve and communicate findings to colleagues and management Desired Qualifications Relevant industry certifications in enterprise reporting such as Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred Experience developing reports for Oracle R12 AR, AP, GL, OM, OPM, INV, PUR, EAM and Quality.
