Build solutions, help create tools, help automate issue detection and diagnosis, to enable customers or support to self-resolve the issue. Able to work well in challenging situations while exhibiting flexibility and ability tolerate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty. Represent and communicate with corporate customers to provide in-depth technical support for complex escalated problems identified in client software products or services and manage relationships with those customers. Occasionally, these problems will not only be technically complex, but will be politically charged situations requiring the highest level of customer focus skills Ability to optimize complex SQL queries for PostgreSQL, including query analysis and index optimization. Experience in diagnosing and resolving performance issues, including query execution plans and resource utilization Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing PostgreSQL performance using tools like pg_stat_statements, pg_stat_activity, and EXPLAIN ANALYZE and familiarity with PostgreSQL extensions.
