Responsibilities: Craft technical strategy for the data modernization program; Tell clients why they should pick Databricks based architecture for their project Articulate advantages of going with databricks based architecture and able to communicate to business team; Be hands on and solve any technical issues in Azure environment (for example solving problems in Resource groups, performance group, tenants) Build medallion architecture and create the benefits for each of layers in medallion architecture. Guide the application team in terms of how their data model can fit into medallion architecture. Create frameworks for data quality as a Service, data governance as a service, data protection as a service, data virtualization. Guide on performance tuning and data auditing. Create frameworks and technical architecture for consumption layer. Be a technical advisor for data engineering team. Configure DeltaTable in Databricks, if needed.
