You will also be responsible for contributing to the creative process from concept to completion while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design work. You will collaborate with our marketing, content and video and design teams to create compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Job Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, print materials, and presentations. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and mediums. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback to refine designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual content and marketing campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to inform design decisions and strategies. Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual assets efficiently. Actively seek feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve designs and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related field 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house or agency setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all brand deliverables A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to adapt to evolving priorities Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. Knowledge of print production processes and digital design principles.
