Job Description : The Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible for leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and AMP script is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrated success in driving business results through effective marketing campaigns. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
