ServiceNow Business Analyst Location : Atalanta , GA (Open for Remote) Rate - $ 60 /Hr on C2C Only , & Job Details BA - Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITSM + Risk Management (IRM) Ability to conduct / lead/plan requirement gathering work shops Ability to provide tool comparison and guide on product Roadmap At least 7 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer / Dev lead Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experience Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Portal Scripting in Angular JS CSS based UX/UI design & development Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scripts Hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Active Directory integration, B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.
