They have moved away from Oracle and currently using a 3rd party for their integration. They need help with their enhancements, troubleshooting and customization. They have just deployed this in November of 2023, which replaced their Oracle Cloud. They are looking for an SME to help offer best business practices as well as help with any ongoing issues.
