Understanding of HES operations with exposure to at least one HES system. Help analyze day-to-day functional issues within MDMS (Energy IP), especially in area of billing. Demonstrated prior experience with and deep knowledge of the Energy IP MDMS (Meter Data Management) application. Ability to solve complex and/or poorly defined problems. Experience working with Oracle/Kafka/Cassandra. Strong communication and organizational skills. Team player willing to mentor others. Ability to adapt and pivot quickly as needed. Work individually with minimal or no required supervision. The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate. Includes general sync knowledge - setting up Meters, Meter configurations, Usage Subscriptions, and Install Events. Includes knowledge around VEE rules Includes knowledge around Usage Transactions Includes knowledge around Loading data into MDM, and general IMD errors Includes knowledge of configuring/changing the rule sheets. Includes knowledge around Framing Services. Work with existing MDM Functional team to identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement Issues with Missing Usage Subscriptions and Install Events Issues with Loading data into MDM Familiarity with general MDM batch jobs Participate or lead the design, coding, testing, and delivery of software solutions.
